LSBU referral assessment booking

All assessments are undertaken via Zoom. During the assessment, a member of our Clinical Team will learn more about the person you are referring, and explore further your reasons for seeking therapy. We will answer any questions they have about therapy during this time. Once the assessment is complete, they will be matched you with a suitable therapist.

When booking on behalf of a staff member or student, please enter the referee’s details in the assessment form rather than your own. Referrals will receive a booking confirmation and zoom link.
