As the Founder of The Good Mental Health Company, Sarah is committed to leading by example.

Her goal is to highlight the importance of in depth therapeutic work in communities.

Sarah believes in making psychotherapy known, available, accessible, and relevant to people of all generations. She recognises that a limited number of NHS prescribed counselling sessions are often insufficient to address the chronic widespread psychological and psycho-spiritual suffering experienced by many.

Our therapists

Our affordable low-fee therapy service is delivered with knowledge and care by talented trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who appreciate and are experienced in the sensitive and complicated feelings that clients bring.
